摘要
在供水系统能量平衡的基础上,采用等值特性的计算方法提出了调速控制系统的参考控制模型——"虚拟水泵",用该参考模型阐释了变频泵站的调速特性。在等值特性不同的条件下,文章提出了计算调速范围的不同方法,只有正确设置节能调速范围,才能使调速控制系统处于最佳状态,保持长期的节电效果。
Based on energy equilibrium of the water supply system, reference control model, i.e, virtual pump for the speed ratio control system is brought out with equivalent characteristic method. The model can be used to explain the speed ratio characteristic of the pump station, The paper proposes different computation methods of speed ratio scope under different equivalent characteristics. Only when the speed ratio scope is correctly set can the speed ratio control system stay in the optimum state and lasting electricity-saving effect be retained.
