在土地资源越发紧缺的今天,烂尾楼不可忽略的占地规模一方面影响了市容,另一方面阻碍了区域经济的发展。文章以研究烂尾楼的现状为出发点,提出几点可供"复苏"烂尾楼的观点和建议。

With the evertight land resources, the incomplete buildings with large occupied land area have not only detrimented the city＇s appearance but also damped the development of regional economies. Based on the study of the status quo of the incomplete buildings, opinions and suggestion for the recovery of the incomplete buildings are proposed in the article.
