摘要
综述了微生物在我国畜产品质量安全中存在的问题,提出畜产品质量和安全性微生物的控制措施,建议对食源性病原微生物污染监控,加强各领域的国际合作研究。
In this paper, microbe problems existed in livestock products and measures to control it as well as methods to improve the product qualities were reviewed. Suggestions of strengthening the supervisal of food - born pathogeny contamination and the international academic cooperation were also drawn out .
