摘要
高校人才流动是市场经济的必然。诚信缺失导致人才流动的无序,阻碍高校的发展。解决诚信缺失,一是要加强诚信教育,营造诚信文化;二是要完善制度,引导人才合理、有序流动;三是要加强诚信体系建设,实行社会监督;四是要以人为本,创造条件,留住人才。
Flow of talented people in universities is indispensable to market economy. However, sincerity deftciency results in the disorder of flow of talented people and obstructs the development of universities. To solve this problem, several measures should be taken. Firstly, we should strengthen sincerity education, and cultivate an culture of sincerity. Secondly, we should perfect relevant regulations and lead the reasonable and orderly flow of talents. Thirdly, we should accelerate the construction of sincerity security system and introduce the society supervision. Lastly we should base everything on the individual and create favorable conditions to make talents stay on.
