农村违法商业广告的主要分布及其监管

The Distribution and Monitoring of Illegal Commercial Advertising in Rural Areas

由于对农村商业广告的监管异常薄弱,农村各类违法商业广告泛滥,不仅严重侵害了广大农民的合法权益,也影响到农村经济社会的稳定与和谐。有关部门应完善相关监管法律法规,建立健全农村商业广告监管体制入手,切实加强对农村商业广告的监管。

Due to weak supervision, various illegal commercial advertisements spread unchecked in rural areas and they resulted in infringement upon the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and destruction of stable and harmonious development of rural economy and society. This paper proposed that great importance should be attached to supervision, relevant laws and regulations should be formulated, and supervisory system should be perfected.
