略论小城镇公民的“政治认同”状况及其对策

On the Status Quo of the Political Identity of Citizens and Its Countermeasures in Township

通过对小城镇公民政治意识的调查,发现小城镇公民的"政治认同"存在着明显的不平衡,公民因年龄、职业、收入水平、文化程度和政治面貌的不同对政治体系中的相关要素的认同度有着较大差异。对此,应该更加注重小城镇政治权力来源的合法性、政治权力运作的合理性和规范性以及对政治认同诸影响因子的有效调控。

Based on the survey of the political sense of the citizens in the towns, the status quo can be described as that their political identity is out of balance obviously and it varies greatly with the citizens＇ ages, professions, income, education and political status and the different elements of the political system. As suggestion, we put an emphasis on more attention to the legality of the township power, the rationality, normativehess of the political power in operation, and the effective management of the factors influencing the identity.
