On the Technique and Art of Singing

歌唱是用人嗓发出的声音表现人类感情的艺术。歌唱的技术是指声音、语言、共鸣、呼吸等多种的发声技巧,而艺术是指歌曲作品中的主题思想与歌者所创造的艺术情感。技术与艺术是相辅相成、辨证统一的。技术是基础,艺术是目的,二者完美的结合,产生声情并茂的歌唱艺术。

Singing is the art to express the human sentiment through the sounds sending out from human＇ s throat. The technique of singing refers to the various phonating techniques including vocality, language, resonance, respiration and so on, while the art of singing refers to the themes of singing works and the art sentiment created by singer. The technique and art of singing complement each other and unify dialectically. The technique is the foundation of singing and the art is the goal of singing. Only can the perfect union of them produce lively and vivacious singing art.
