贫困与法治的关系探析

The search of relation on poverty and rule of law

贫困是一个随社会发展而不断变化的概念;法治虽具有一定的普适性,它仍是一个具有相对性的概念,历经着由低级到高级的渐进化过程。法治有利于保障人权、促进经济发展和智识水平的提高,因此有助于消除贫困。贫困社会里存在着有助于法治的积极因素,贫穷的国家能够实行与其经济发达程度相适应的法治。

Poverty is a concept of constantly transformation with society development, though rule of law has some universality, it still a concet of relativity and undergoing a gradually evolution from lower to higher. Rule of law is contribute to protecting rights, boosting economy development and enhancing adequacy, hence it conducing to eliminate poverty. In poverty society, there are some advantageous factors of contributing to rule of law, poverty countries can enforce rule of law that adapt to its economy level.
