总结了其中16种比较具有代表性的空间结构节点:1、焊接板节点;2、焊接空心球节点;3、实心螺栓球节点;4、水雷式螺栓球节点;5、螺栓板节点;6、新型空心螺栓球节点;7、毂式节点;8、用于Space Deck体系的改进节点;9、组合节点;10、方钢管相贯节点;11、圆筒刚性节点;12、迭合节点;13、圆钢管相贯节点;14、焊接钢管节点;15、组合网架螺栓球节点;16、铸钢节点。并且对这些节点自身特性进行了分析。重点介绍了在网格结构中应用比较广泛的焊接空心球节点及螺栓球节点并提出了改进措施。
Due to the rapid development of space structures, many kinds of joint have appeared in China in these years. Some representative joints of space structures are summarized, including： 1. welded plate joint; 2. welded hollow sphere joint; 3. bolted sphere joint; 4. mine-type bolted spherical joint; 5. bolted plate joint; 6. bolted hollow sphere joint; 7. hub joint; 8. reformed joints for Space Deck system ; 9. combination joint; 10. intersecting rectangular pipe joint; 11. rigid cylinder joint ; 12. supe3rimposed joint ; 13. intersecting round pipe joint; 14. welded cylinder joint; 15. bolted sphere joint for composite spaee grids structure; 16. cast steel joint. Structural features of these joints are analyzed. The two most popular joints in China--welded hollow sphere joint and bolted sphere joint are discussed in detail, their advantages and shortcomings are analyzed, and some improvements for both joints are brought forward.
