浅议电子商务及其战略管理

摘要 电子商务是商务活动主体在法律允许的范围内,利用电子手段和其他客体要素所进行的商务活动过程。电子商务呈加速发展态势,在不成熟和高速变化中展开,与传统商务并不矛盾,在总体上具有开放性、创新性、易变性的特点。低成本战略是企业发展电子商务基本竞争战略之一,主要包括可降低采购成本、降低服务成本、降低信息处理成本、降低营销成本及降低生产成本。此外,电子商务发展需要循序渐进,在企业e化的过程中,可把企业电子商务开发和应用分为四个相互关联的阶段,即打基础阶段、信息孤岛整合阶段、企业内部信息化阶段及电子商务阶段。 Electronic commerce is the main body of commercial activity, it carries on the commercial activity process with the electronic method and other object essential factor in the legal permission scope. Electronic commerce appears to acceleration development situation, launches in no mature and the high speed change and is not contradictory with the traditional commerce. Electronic commerce has openness, the innovation, the variable characteristic as a whole. The low cost strategy is one of basic competition strategies that electronic commerce of the enterprise develops, mainly includes reducing the purchase cost, reducing the service cost, reducing the information processing cost, reducing the marketing cost and reduces production cost. In addition, the electronic commerce development needs to proceed in an orderly way. In the enterprise computerization process, we may divide the enterprise electronic commerce development and the application into four relevant stages. That is the establishment foundation stage, the information conformity stage, the enterprise internal informatization stage and the electronic commerce stage.
