摘要
目的了解抗复感合剂对脾虚复感小鼠胃肠蠕动的影响。方法选用清洁级小鼠按随机分组法分为6组,分别予不采用干预措施、生理盐水对照、丽珠肠乐及抗复感合剂高中低剂量,观察小鼠症状变化,检测小鼠脾指数情况及肠道碳汁推进率。结果造模小鼠脾指数较正常降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),造模动物经过不同药物治疗后,脾指数升高,抗复感合剂组效果更好(P<0.01)。造模后小鼠胃肠道蠕动加快(P<0.01),造模小鼠经过不同药物治疗后,肠道碳汁推进率出现变化趋势,但结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗复感合剂对脾虚复感小鼠的胃肠道功能有调节作用,可以减慢小鼠胃肠蠕动,且对在调节脾虚复感小鼠的免疫功能方面也有作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of KANGFUGAN complex on rat with deficiency syndrome of the spleen. Methods Divide clean level mouse into 6 groups according to the stochastic grouping law, and apply different intervention measure respectively. Then observe mouse symptom changing, detect mouse spleen index situation and intestinal tract carbon juice advancement rate. Results the spleen index of all the rats lower than that of normal level, and the difference has statistics significance( P〈0.01). After the treatment by different drug , the spleen index were improved in each groups, especially KANGFUGAN complex group( P 〈0.01). The gastrointestinal tract peristalsis speeds up after applied drugs( P〈0. 01) ,after the treatment by different drug, intestinal tract carbon juice advancement rate was changed( P〉0. 05). Conclusion KANGFUGAN complex can adjust gastrointestinal tract function, may reduce peristalsis of stomach and intestines, also do help in the adjustment of immunity function.
