摘要
针对体外细胞培养试验系统中的关键装置——细胞薄膜应力调制器进行了运动原理和力学特性分析,提出了基于位置检测、分区域调制控制应力幅值,进而改善应力调制器受力情况的试验系统设计方案。经验证该设计使细胞薄膜应力调制器的受力特性得以改善,提高了工作平稳性与相关部件的寿命,系统功耗降低,可以在其他系统设计与应用中借鉴。
The kinematical principle and mechanical characteristic of the cell membrane stress modulator are analyzed, which is a key equipment of the external cell bringing up experimental system. A designing project of the experimental system is put forward based on position measurement and controlling modulating region. It validates that the design can improve the mechanical characteristic of the device. At the same time, the device can work smoothly, the life time of its correlative parts can be increased, and the power waste of the system can be reduced.
