摘要
为了保证竹节纱规格达到要求,成纱质量稳定,根据细纱设备的性能特点、竹节纱纺制原理及竹节纱纺纱工艺实践,总结出竹节纱与普通环锭纱工艺配置的区别.实践表明:竹节纱捻系数应比普通同号纱高10%~20%;细纱机前罗拉速度要低于纯棉同号普通纱;竹节纱节长、节距与细纱机车况关系很大,要进行试纺;竹节纱牵伸效率与普通环锭纺有所不同;生产中要加强竹节纱装置、设备的维护保养.
To guarantee slubby yarn specification reach demands and stable quality, difference processing configuration between slubby yarn and normal ring spun yarn was summarized according to property specialty of spinning equipment, spinning principle of slub and spinning processing of slubby yarn. The practice shows that twist factor of slubby yarn should be 10% -20% higher than that of normal same count yarn, front roller speed of spinning frame should be lower than that of the same count cotton yarn, trial spinning is important for the relation among slub length, slub space and spinning equipment condition. Draft efficiency of slubby yarn is different from normal ring spinning, maintenance of slubby yarn set should be strengthened in production.
