基于功角测量系统实现的模态分析算法

摘要 介绍了基于GPS全球定位系统和Internet/Intranet实现的便携式负荷预估系统,包括硬件的开发和系统结构。基于此,一种利用残差白噪声的新算法已经成功地用于提取系统的模态信息,即震荡频率和震荡阻尼度的信息。该测量系统已经应用于澳大利亚电力系统,并成功地提取出了系统的震荡信息。分析结果表明,新算法能够完全提取出系统的震荡情况,包括震荡频率和震荡阻尼,并具有较好的稳定性和可靠性。 In this paper, GPS-based phase measurement system is introduced including the hardware and the architecture of the system based on Internet/Intranet. A new algorithm, the residual-based method, is developed to identify the system modes. The measurement system has been applied in Australian Network and have successfully identified the oscillatory frequency and damping values of the power system. Results from the analysis show that the residual-based method is able to completely extract the oscillatory information of the system.
