摘要 斜气流是一种新的电除尘提效技术。本文通过对某电除尘器内粒径分布规律的分析,研究了斜气流技术的可行性,在此基础上,采用适当的调节方案得到了要求的斜气流分布,最后分析了斜气流在实际工程应用中的效果。 Skewed gas flow technology (SGFT), which is less researched at home, is one of the new technologies for improving ESP performances, and applied into actual ESP by foreign experts which obtained a significantly achievement. This paper studies the feasibility of SGFT by analyzing the particle distribution and on this basis the optimal gas distribution is gained by utilizing properly adjusting scheme. At the end of this paper, the results of SGFT used in industry programs are analyzed.
