客车车身骨架板梁混合有限元模型与轻量化研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对半承载式客车车身骨架有限元建模时梁单元和板单元各自的缺点,建立了薄板单元和梁单元相结合的有限元分析模型,对车身骨架的强度和动态(模态)特性进行了分析。将分析结论与车身骨架实体试验结果进行了比较,表明所建半承载式车身骨架板梁模型的精度较高。运用分析结果对原车身骨架进行轻量化改进设计,进一步建模分析表明轻量化方案是可行和有效的。 The finite element method (FEM) model was established in allusion to the semi-bearing coach car-body frame with shell elements and beam elements. And the intensity performance and dynamic performance (modal performance) were investigated. A comparison between the analytical results and experimental results of the real car-body frame was carried out, and it proved that the FEM model has a good analytical precision. The improved design of lightweight for the original car-body frame was taken according to the analytical results. The further analysis results showed that lightweight scheme is available and effectual.
