故障信息流失补偿法的车辆可靠性评估

Reliability Evaluation of Fault Information Loss in Vehicle

车辆可靠性信息采集时不可避免地造成大量信息流失,使故障数据不完全。利用故障信息流失补偿法分析了信息流失规律,在借鉴已有可靠性量化分析研究的基础上,考虑平均流失率,提出累积故障信息流失的近似分布函数,讨论了流失率的处理方法。利用车辆故障信息流失补偿法进行了实际可靠性设计,研究表明基本可以克服评估结果偏高的现象,符合车辆的可靠性现状。

There is inevitably large loss of fault information in vehicle reliability information collection, which results in inadequacy of the fault date. For this reason, the fault information loss compensation method of vehicle was studied in this paper, and the law of information loss was analyzed. Based on the existing study of reliability, considering the average loss rate, this paper built a distributing function to accumulate the loss fault information, especially discussed the dispose of loss rate, and finally elaborated the fault information loss compensation method of vehicle by an actual reliability design. The result showed that the method can overcome the evaluation result on the high error due to the loss information, and it accords with the actuality of the reliability of vehicle.
