摘要
通过现场中试考察了ABR/MBBR组合工艺处理草浆中段废水的效果.结果表明,当ABR进水COD为1 339~2 948 mg/L、HRT为24~48 h时,其对COD的去除率约为50%;ABR出水流入MBBR.当MBBR的HRT为6~12 h时,其对COD的去除率约为60%,MBBR出水COD稳定在350 mg/L左右.在Fe2(SO4)3投量为1 250~1 750 mg/L的情况下,经混凝、沉淀处理后出水COD<100 mg/.
The effect of the combined process of anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) and moving-bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) on treatment of straw-pulp middle-stage wastewater was investigated in field pilot-scale experiment. The results show that when the influent COD is 1 339 to 2 948 mg/L and HRT is 24 to 48 h in the ABR, the COD removal rate is 50%. The effluent from the ABR enters the MBBR. Wherithe HRT is 6 to 12 h in the MBBR, COD removal rate is 60%, and the effluent COD concentration is maintained at 350 mg/L. In addition, when dosage of Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 is 1 250 to 1 750 mg/L, the coagulation and sedimentation treatment results in the effluent COD below 100 mg/L.
