摘要
目的:探讨心脏术后吸痰的时机与方法。方法:取我科ICU护士吸痰操作110次,通过5种不同的时机进行吸痰,分析吸痰后患者通气情况的变化。结果:以听诊痰鸣音为吸痰指征,可以明显改善患者通气效果。结论:以听诊痰鸣音为吸痰指征,配合熟练的气管内吸痰操作,为病人早出ICU奠定了基础。
Objective：To discuss on the opportunity and technique of aspiration of sputum after cardiac operation.Methods： The data of 110 times of aspiraton of sputum by ICU nurse in our hospital were collected.The changes of ventilation after aspiration were analyzed.Results： The wheezy phlegm by auscultation was the indication of aspiration,the techniques may obviously improve the ventilation.Conclusion： The wheezy phlegm by auscultation was the indication of aspiration.Practised endotracheal aspiration of sputum may be helpful for patients depart from ICU.
