静脉腔内激光并腔镜下穿通支离断术治疗下肢静脉曲张

EVLT and SEPS to treat varicose vein in lower limbs

目的研究和评价静脉腔内激光并腔镜下穿通支离断术(EVLT-SEPS)治疗下肢静脉曲张合并小腿皮肤色素沉着、溃疡的临床效果。方法采用EVLT-SEPS治疗下肢静脉曲张患者146例(共188条患肢),对比观察患者术前、术后症状和体征。结果149条肢体(79.3%)下肢酸胀、沉重完全消失,20条肢体(10.6%)有不同程度的减轻,19条肢体(10.1%)有不同程度牵扯不适感。7条溃疡肢体术后常规换药愈合,5条溃疡肢体行植皮术,平均愈合时间14天。结论EVLT-SEPS是治疗下肢静脉曲张合并小腿皮肤色素沉着、溃疡的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect on varicose vein in lower limbs by endo venous laser treatment and subfacial endoscopic perforatorvein surgery. Methods Endo venous laser apparatus and subfacial endoscopic perforatorvein surgery was used to treat varicose vein in the lower extremities in 146 patients（all 188 legs）, in combination with operation. The change of symptom and sign postoperation was recorded to determine the treatment effect. Results Dull,aching heaviness postoperation were relieved completely in 149 legs,with variable degree in 20 legs Malaise of tow with variable degree in 19 legs. Conclusion Endo venous laser treatment and subfacial endoscopic perforatorvein surgery are the ideal choice to treat varicose vein in lower extremities.
