摘要
脂肪族高效减水剂的合成是当前高效减水剂合成中的一个热点。在对脂肪族高效减水剂合成工艺进行研究的基础上,认真分析了脂肪族高效减水剂的合成机理,提出了三段甲醛添加工艺。试验证明,利用该工艺可合成出净浆流动度达260mm,减水率在25%以上的脂肪族高效减水剂。
The synthetic study ofaliphatic hydroxy sulphonate condensate superplasticizer is very hot in the synthetic study of superplasticizer. On the base of the study of the synthetic technology of aliphatic hydroxy sulphonate condensate superplasticizer, the study conscientiously analyze the synthetic mechanism and advance the three-stage formaldehyde additive technology.The test make known that we can synthesize aliphatic hydroxy sulphonate condensate superplasticizer which the cement paste liquidity is 260mm and the water reduction rate is 25%.
