摘要
对青年体育教师发展评价机制的研究,促进青年体育教师对自己的教育观念、教学行为进行反思,全面了解自己的优势和不足,从而改进和确定自己今后的发展目标。通过发展评价,调动高校青年体育教师的积极性,让每一位教师在实现自身发展目标的同时,学校的目标也得以实现,进而促进学校体育教育的可持续发展。
This article through studying developing evaluation to the youth gym instructor, promotes the youth gym instructor to own education idca,the teaching behavior to carry on reconsidering, comprehensively understands own superiority and the insufficiency, tiros will improve and determine the oneself next development goal. Through the development appraisal, improves universities youth gym instructor' s enthusiasm, lets each teacher realize own development goal and realize school goal and realize school goal at the same time, then promotes the school sports education sustainable development .
