高中体育人力资源开发与利用现状调查研究

On Status of Human Resources Development and Utilization of High School Sports in Fujian Province

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,探讨了高中体育教师对体育人力资源的认识,开发与利用校内外人力资源的现状,师生关系,以及学生间的合作互动、团队精神、社会适应情况,并在此基础上,提出开发与利用高中体育人力资源的建议。

By the methods of literature revicw,expert intervicw law, questionnaires statistics figures,and logic analytic approach,this paper focuses on high school PE teachers＇ undertanding of human resources of sports, and development and utilization of human resources of high school sports and resatrses outsidside school.It also analyzes the relationship between teachers and students, PE teachers and their school leaders, the coopcnafion and teamwork among school students as well as their ability to adapt to society,so as to give some advice on the issue.
