On The Value Orientation of Shape-building Course in the Health Education of Colleges and Universities

为使形体课在健康教育中发挥最佳效益,适应新时期的人才需求,在广泛查阅国内外有关文献资料的基础上,以人体解剖学、运动生理学、体育社会学为依据,以健康教育为先导,对形体教学在大学生的健身、健心等方面进行新的思考和探索。

In order to bring the shape- building course to full play in the health education to satisfy the requirements on the talented sound health in the new period,this paper does another thinking and research on the students＇ sound health in mind and body, the social factors, etc, in the process of giving guidance in the shape- building course. It have been conducted with the health education as its premise and on the basis of the extensive consultation of the domestic and foreign data and the theory of anatomy,physiology,psychology and sociology.
