摘要 目的:研究添加表面有机改性纳米二氧化铈(CeO2)对A-2186硅橡胶机械性能的影响.方法:实验组将表面有机改性纳米CeO2按5,10,15,20,25和30g/kg的比例添加至A-2186硅橡胶中,分为6个实验组,将未添加表面改性纳米CeO2的A-2186硅橡胶试件作为对照组.按照美国材料试验学会(ASTM)D412-1998硫化橡胶、热塑橡胶和热塑合成橡胶的拉伸试验方法及ASTM D 624-2000常规硫化橡胶和热塑性弹性体抗撕裂强度的标准制作试件,并测定实验组及对照组A-2186硅橡胶试件的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度及邵氏A硬度.扫描电镜观察拉伸试件断面形态,实验结果进行统计学分析.结果:随着表面改性纳米CeO2添加量的升高,A-2186硅橡胶的拉伸强度,撕裂强度,扯断伸长率呈现出先升高再降低的变化,而邵氏A硬度则呈现逐渐升高的变化.其中,拉伸强度:各实验组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);撕裂强度:20g/kg组(15.84±0.48)KN/m,25g/kg组(15.32±0.53)KN/m,均高于对照组及其他各实验组,30g/kg组(13.31±0.78)KN/m则低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);扯断伸长率:15,20和25g/kg组均高于对照组和其他实验组,且20g/kg组最高值达到(591.00±15.17)%;30g/kg组则低于对照组,最低值达到(521.00±40.99)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);邵氏A硬度:各实验组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:添加表面有机改性纳米CeO2对A-2186硅橡胶机械性能有所改善,当加入的质量比为20g/kg时,对A-2186硅橡胶机械性能的改善为最优. AIM: To study the effect of surface organic modified nano cerium-oxide (CeO:) on the mechanical properties of A- 2186 silicone elastomer. METHODS: Surface organic modified nano CeO2 was added into A-2186 silicone elastomer at the following weight percentage: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 g/kg. The one without surface organic modified nano CeO2 was used as a control group. Test samples were made according to American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) D412 and D624 standards to measure their tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, and ShoreA hardness. The section of samples were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: With the increase of the added amount of surface modified nano CeO2 , the tensile strength, the elongation, the tear strength of samples increased first, and then decreased, while the Shore A hardness of samples increased all the way. In the tensile strength, there was not significant difference between experimental groups and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). In the tear strength, both 20 g/kg group and 25 g/kg group were higher than the control group and the other experimental groups, but 30 g/kg group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically sig- nificant (P 〈 0. 05). In the elongation, 15, 20 and 25 g/kg groups were all higher than the control group and the other experimental groups, but 30 g/kg group was lower than the control group; there were statistically significant differences among them (P 〈0.05 ). In the Shore A hardness, all experimantal groups were significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Adding surface modified nano CeO2 could improve the general mechanial properties of A-2186 silicone elastomer. When the added amount is 20 g/kg, the mechanical proper-ties of A-2186 silicone elastomer show the best improvement.
