8月20日，中国人民银行公布了《中国人民银行关于在银行间外汇市场开办人民币外汇货币掉期业务有关问题的通知》，决定在银行间外汇市场推出人民币外汇货币掉期交易。通知于8月17日印发，并自印发之日起实施。
