摘要
采用电压频率变换和频率电压变换技术处理模拟信号,有效的克服了光电耦合器的非线性,实现了模拟信号的线性光电隔离。该组件用混合集成工艺制作。
Analog signal linear photo-isolation is carried out by using voltage-frequency conversion and frequency-voltage conversion technique so as to effectively overcome nonlinearity of the photocoupler.The module is manufactured by hybrid integration technology with four linear photocouplers integrated on one chip.
