摘要
介绍了一种应用光学投影放大原理和光栅尺莫尔条纹测长技术的数字显示式光学投影仪,使用此仪器可对直径50mm、长度500mm以内的各种复杂的轴类或丝杆类零件,进行非接触测量。仪器不但可以检测零件的局部形状误差,而且还可以测量零件的径向尺寸和轴向尺寸,其测量误差均小于±0.
In this paper,a digital display optical projector is introduced,and its principle of projection optics and Moir'e fringe technique are used to make non-contact measurement of axial parts of various complex forms and the fine lead screws within the range of 50 mm in diameter and 500 mm in length.This instrument can not only measure local form errors of axial parts,but also the radial and axial dimensions,the measuring errors are less than ±0.01 mm.
