摘要 介绍了一种用于工程的多功能数字散斑干涉仪的测量原理、系统结构和设计特点。 A real-time digital speckle pattern interferometer (DSPI) is introduced.Principle of measurement for the interferometer is discussed as well as its structure and design features .And measured results are given.
