中国正在试图改变自己的能源命运，积极而努力地创造世界能源的新格局。目前，中国正面临着世界有史以来最为严峻的能源与环境方面的挑战。但是，中国在应对能源与环境挑战方面正在进行的努力具有改变世界能源格局的潜力。中国完全有能力改变这种能源不安全、环境不可持续发展的命运。在改变自己的命运的同时，中国完全能够创造世界能源的新格局。

China is trying to change its energy fate and actively making efforts to create new configuration of global energy. At present, China is confronted with the most serious energy and environmental challenges in history. However, the efforts that Chins has made to cope with energy and environmental challenges have the potential of changing world energy con guration. China certainly has the capability of changing the fate of unsafe energy and unsustainable developing environment. When changing its own fate, China certainly can create new con guration of global energy.
