以人为本的理念应贯穿高校思想政治教育工作的始终,各项措施都要体现以学生为本。具体说,就是要树立以学生为主体,以学生全面发展为本的理念。要贴近学生实际,了解学生、尊重学生的个性特征,为学生的全面发展服务。

People-first principle shall the guideline in all the ideological and political education in colleges and every measure shall be concentrated on students. To be specific, students shall be the subject and all-around development shall be the goal. It is necessary to understand students and respeet their individual charaeters so as to offer overall services to students.
