中西医结合治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉59例总结

A Summary on 59 Cases of Chronic Sinusitis and Rhinopolypus Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法:将109例本病患者随机分为治疗组59例和对照组50例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用单纯西医治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉疗效满意。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on chronic sinusitis and rhinopolypus treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method： 109 cases were randomly divided into 59 cases in the treatment group and 50cases in the control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medi- cine and cases in the control group treated by western medicine. Results： The recovery rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was satisfactory for treating chronic sinusitis and rhinopolypus.
