摘要
针对真空烧结炉非线性、时变性和不对称性的特点,提出一种采用485总线相互连接,由 PLC 模糊控制器和 PID 控制仪表共同组成的 Fuzzy-PID 复合温度控制系统。系统结构简单,运行可靠,控制效果好。
Aimed at vacuum sintering furnace has such specialties as non-linear, variable time delay, asymmetry etc. This paper design a Fuzzy-PID composite temperature control system which is consists of PLC fuzzy controller and the digital PID adjustor. The communication between PLC and the adjustor is done by 485 bus. Test results indicate that the system possesses the characteristics of simple structure, runs reliably and high accuracy.
