三电平半桥PFC变换器控制方法的研究

摘要 研究半桥三电平 PFC 变换器的几种控制方式:输入电压过零检测控制方式、直接控制方式,复合控制方式。详细分析了输入电压过零检测控制方式中输入电流在输入电压过零点附近发生畸变的原因。复合控制方式能很好的改善输入电流波形。给出了相应的仿真和实验验证结果。 Three kinds of control strategies for a three-level diode-clamped half-bridge power factor correction (PFC) converter are researched in this paper: the method of estimating the zero-crossing point of the input voltage, the method of two cartier waveforms, and the hybrid control method. For the method of estimating the zero-crossing point of the input voltage, the distortion reasons for the input current at the ze- ro-crossing point of the input voltage are studied in detail. The input current waveform can be improved considerably by the hybrid control method. The simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the feasibility of the control methods.
