摘要
创新在职民警培训模式要以观念变革为先导,树立"问题导向意识"、"系统培训意识"和"学员主体意识"。创新在职民警培训模式,要探讨具体的培训策略和方法,加深对深度提问式、案例分析式、模拟演练式和探讨研究式等方法的研究和运用。教师应根据培训目标和培训内容的需要创新培训模式,同时注意提升自身的培训项目设计能力、培训互动引导能力以及培训总结点评能力。
To innovate the training mode of on-the-job police officers should be based on the change of concept and have "problem-oriented mentality", "systematic training awareness" and "participant-oriented awareness". This innovation requires the trainer to explore the specific strategies and training methods and further study the application of in-depth questioning, case-study, simulation drill and the methods of research. Teachers should innovate the training model in accordance with the objectives and content of training needs while paying attention to upgrading their capabilities of the training project design, interactive training guide, making summaries and comments.
