摘要
针对聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)共混合金相容性差的缺点,采用了4种不同的抗冲改性剂对其进行增韧改性,并与PC/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、PC/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯进行性能比较。结果表明,抗冲改性剂的加入,明显改善了PC/PTT之间的相容性、加工流动性和外观。其中丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂的加入对共混合金的增韧改善最明显,宏观上表现为缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率的提高最为显著,与不加抗冲改性剂的PC/PTT相比,加入7份的丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂,所制得的合金的缺口冲击强度由2.50kJ/m^2提高到12.92kJ/m^2;断裂伸长率由18.21%提高到70.43%。
The alloy of polycarbonate (PC)/polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) was modified with four different impact modifiers and compared with the imported PC/polybutylene terephthalate and PC/ polyethylene terephthalate samples. It showed that the addition of modifiers improved the compatibility, processing flowability and appearance of PC/PTT with acrylic modifier being the most effective in improving notch impact strength and the elongation at break. Compared with neat PC/PTT, the notch impact strength of PC/PTF alloy with acrylic modifier increased from 2.50 kJ/m^2 to 12.92 kJ/m^2, the elongation at break increased from 18.21% to 70.43 %.
