摘要
利用注射充模CAE软件,对精密注射成型PA66转子叶片模具浇注系统进行了优化设计,使PA66转子叶片在精密注射成型中质量分布均匀,并对优化前后两种方案的充模结束时的压力、充模结束时的温度、熔接线强度、填充情况、顶出时体积收缩率、缩痕指数、总体翘曲变形进行了比较,最后利用可视化实验对转子是否符合工作要求进行了验证。
Moldflow software was used to optimize the gate location of injection mold of plastic rotors and visualization experiment was used to validate the feasibility of the production. The distribution of the pressure, bulk temperature at the end of filling and volumetric shrinkage at ejection in mold cavity under the condition of different gate location were studied. The result showed that good gate location is propitious to filling balance. The better the gate location was set, the more symmetrical the distribution of the pressure, bulk temperature at the end of filling and volumetric shrinkage at ejection in mold cavity, which makes it easy to get high precision production.
