摘要
采用快速腐蚀测定法和铁粉腐蚀法对原油中常见脂肪酸的腐蚀性进行了研究.结果表明:脂肪酸在石油酸腐蚀过程中起着重要作用,脂肪酸腐蚀受温度影响较大,在200℃~360℃温度范围内腐蚀严重,280℃呈现腐蚀高峰;低沸点短链脂肪酸以气相腐蚀为主,液相中的少量低沸点短链脂肪酸会引起严重腐蚀;高沸点长链脂肪酸表现为液相腐蚀,其腐蚀性与环烷酸相当;高沸点长链脂肪酸腐蚀产物在实际原油加工过程中也是油溶性的.
In the paper, the corrosivity of fatty acids in the petroleum was studied by means of methods of Fe powder test and fast corrosion test. The result indicated that fatty acids play an important role in the process of naphthenic acids corrosion. In the range of 200℃ - 360℃ the corrosivity of fatty acids is serious with a maximum corrosion rate at 280℃. When the temperature is higher than 360℃ or lower than 200℃ the corrosion is small. The short chain fatty acrds of low boiling point may induce corrosion in the gas phase. However,in the liquid phase a little amount of short chain fatty acids of low boiling point may lead to serious corrosion. The long chain fatty acids of high boiling point are corrosive in liquid phase and their corrosivity are equal to naphthenic acid. Hower the corrosion products of the long chain fatty acids of high boiling point chain can dissolve in oil.
