基于新课改理念的初中物理教学评价改革的尝试

Try to Reform the Instruction Evaluation on Physics in Junior High School

教学评价改革作为基础教育课程改革的重要组成部分，直接影响着改革的进程。文章结合当前教学评价改革实际，提出具有较强可操作性的“90＋5＋5”教学评价新模式，尝试以传统的考试形式为核心，通过改变试题命制要求并辅以课堂、课后的综合表现评价，为当前教学评价改革提供可行性思路。

The instruction evaluation is a important part of the basic education curriculum reformation which maybe affect the information of curriculum directly. Thinking about the fact on instruction at present, the new model ＂90 ＋ 5 ＋ 5＂ has been tried which regard the traditional examination format as the core of the new model and supplement with the students＇ behave on classroom and after classroom.
