摘要
文章从新课程背景下教师自主发展与教师角色转换的关系分析入手,阐述了教师角色转换的必要性,研究提出了教师在新课程中自主发展所应确立的内在意识和应明确的角色定位。
The article analyzes and starts with the relation changed with the teacher role to independently from the new course background, have explained the necessity of conversion of teacher' s role, independent development should be established to research and propose a teacher in new course the role that and should be clear in consciousness inside makes a reservation.
