摘要
班级管理是一门艺术性很强的工作,特别是当今的学生见多识广,能言善辩。如果只用简单的方法去管理他们,那一定是效果甚微的。要改变这种低效的教育状态,班主任就要融入学生,用学生乐于接受的方法来管理学生。教师可以从“肯德基”和“麦当劳”的人性化管理和奖励机制中得到启发,将他们管理中的激励和评价机制引入班级管理,使学生在快乐中接受教育。
The work of class management has strong artistic quality. Especially, students today have wide view and are good at expressing themselves. If teachers educate them in old ways, it is certain that they will fail. In order to change this dominant way, class - teachers should get into the class and manage in an acceptable way. Teacher can benefit a lot from KFC and Mcdonalds. They have a lot of encouragements, evaluations and nice service,Teacher can apply their way to class management in order to mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative.
