公共图书馆少儿工作应该进行工作重心的转移，城市转向农村，真正地建设和谐社会，切实改变文化自身各门类、各要素的结构性失衡，缩小文化的地区差异和城乡差别，形成结构合理、管理科学、发展有序的文化发展运行体系。

The children work in the public librarY should transfer its focus from city to countrY. We should reallY establish a harmonious society, do change the structural unbalance of various classes and eiements of culture itself, reduce the differences of culture among different areas and between country and city and form the culture development sYstem with a reasonable structure, scientific management and good order.
