摘要 弱视作为常见的儿童眼病,其发病机制至今仍未完全清楚。近年来神经功能影像学工具和技术不断更新和发展,将其应用于弱视发病机制的研究,为弱视发病机制的中枢神经系统假说提供了有利证据。临床的需求是科技创新的原动力,科技的进步和多学科的合作推动了医学的发展。 Amblyopia is a common ophthalmic disease, but the neural mechanism underlying is still not dear. With the devdopment of neurophysics, functional imaging technology is now widely used to study the mechanisms of amblyopia and the research of the neural mechanism underlying of amblyopia reaches a new stage. The demand of clinic is the motivity of the technical innovation. Improvement of technology and cooperation of many subjects accelerate the progress of medicine.
