摘要 本文综述了近百年来龋病组织病理学研究的成果,分别介绍釉质、牙本质、牙骨质和牙髓在龋病过程中的结构变化和反应。其中,釉质龋的研究资料最为丰富,其次是牙本质,有关牙骨质龋的资料最少。在釉质和牙本质的龋病变中,无机物的破坏是结构变化的主要过程,其中包括羟磷灰石晶体的破坏。已有充分证据说明:龋病是一个以脱矿为主要过程的病变。 The histopathologic research works of dental caries are reviewed in this paper. Structural changes of dental enamel, dentine, cementum and pulpal reactions in carious process are separately and consisively discussed. Conclusively, carious process is mainly and primarily a process of demineralization of the inorganic part of the tooth rather than the process of proteolysis of its organic matrix. However, destruction of the matrix may be the later or secondary process.
