摘要
本文针对目前国内湿敏元件普遍存在的可靠性问题,选择高分子湿敏元件作为研究对象,对其进行失效分析,指出失效原因、失效规律,并给出失效模式,即相应的FMEA.这对于进行元件的可靠性增长具有现实意义.
In this paper, focusing on the problem of reliability in humidity sensor, high-polymer humidity sensors are selected to study reliability. By analyzing failure rate, presenting the reasons of failure rate, and then giving out the failure model, i. e. FMEA. There is of reality signi-ficance for reliability growth of sensors.
