摘要
目的研究难治性强迫症用5-羟色胺再摄入抑制剂合用奥氮平强化治疗的疗效及安全性。方法对难治性强迫症36例,采用Yale-Brown强迫量表,汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果5-羟色胺再摄入抑制剂合用奥氮平治疗难治性强迫症疗效好。结论5-羟色胺再摄入抑制剂合用奥氮平治疗难治性强迫症安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To study the efficacy and side effeets of olanzapine and SRIs in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD）. Methods 36 patients with refractory OCD were involved in this study, The efficacy was measured with Yale——Brown and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. The side effects were determined by the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）. Results Olanzapine and SRIs are effective drugs in the treatment of refractory OCD. Conclusion Olanzapine and SRIs in the treatment of refractory OCD are effective and safe.
