矫正体验心理疗法治疗抑郁症的对照研究

Comparative Study on Psyclolgical Therapy of Correcting Perception in the Treatment of Patients with Depression.

目的探讨提高治疗抑郁症疗效的方法。方法对首次住院诊断为抑郁症的病例,采用随机的方法分入贝克认知疗法组和矫正体验心理疗法组进行约10周对照研究,随访1年,并采用Hamilton抑郁量表和Hamilton焦症量表对治疗前后及随访进行评定。结果治疗前后比较,两组焦虑抑郁分均有显著下降(P<0.01),治疗结束与随访时两组间评分差异有显著性;两组间治愈率差异有显著性(分别为41.67%及52.27%,P<0.05)。结论2种方法对抑郁症治疗均有效,但矫正体验心理疗法治疗抑郁症疗效更为明显。

Objective To investigate a new method enhancing the treatment effect in patients with depression. Methods 80 first admitted depression patients （CCMD-3） were randomly assigned to Beck cognitive therapy group and correcting perception therapy group. After completing 10 weeks of therapy, the patients of the two groups were all followed up for one year. At baseline and end of therapy and during follow-up, all patients were assessed with Hamilton depression scale. Results The scores of Hamilton depression scale in both groups were all decreased, with significant differences （P〈0.01）. The cure rate of correcting perception therapy was significantly higher than that of Beck cognitive therapy group （52.27% vs 41.67% P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Both therapies were all efficacious for patients with depression. The effect of correcting perception therapy was better than than of Beck cognitive therapy.
