大学生职业发展与社会技能的关系研究

The Research of the Relationship between the University Student's Vocational Development and Social Skills.

目的调查大学生的职业发展和社会技能,初步考察职业发展和社会技能之间的关系。方法采用自编"职业发展问卷"和社会技能量表,对福建师范大学246名大学生进行测试,分析测试结果。结果不同大学生在职业发展的一些维度存在差异(P<0.05),男女大学生在社会技能的印象管理维度以及毕业班和非毕业班大学生在社会自信维度存在差异(P<0.05),大学生的职业发展和社会支持之间在某些维度存在低的负相关。结论大学生职业发展与社会技能之间在某些维度存在相关。

Objective To investigate university students＇ vocational development and social skills, and explore the relationship between vocational developments and social skills. Methods adopts tow scales, including Vocational Development Questionnaire, which made up by us and Social Skills Scale, a sample of 246 university students who atudying in Fujian Normal University completed the Vocational Development Scale and Social Skills Scale. Results different university students＇ vocational development has differences in some latitude（P〈0.05）, Men and women university student manage latitude.have little difference in social impression of skill（P〈0. 05）, the graduates have differences with others in the social self-confiden＇ latitude（P〈0. 05）, The two have negative and low relevant in some latitude existence. Conclusion relevant exists in some latitude between university students＇s vocational development and social skills.
