大学生心理健康测评系统在新生中的初步应用

The Primary Application of the College Student Mental Health Evaluation System in College Freshmen.

目的通过对医学部新生进行心理测查,了解新生的心理健康水平,揭示心理应激、人格、适应与心理症状之间的关系。方法使用《中国大学生心理健康测评系统》对234名新生进行调查,使用自编的半结构化访谈表对筛选出的18名学生进行访谈。结果新生整体心理健康水平显著好于全国大学生常模(P<0.001);心理应激源前3位是学习、发展和生活;应激得分与心理症状得分显著正相关;活跃、随和、坚韧的人格特点与各维度心理症状得分显著负相关,与适应各维度显著正相关。结论新生心理健康状况总体较好,应激、人格与适应、症状之间存在相关关系。

Objective Through using psychological tests on new stndents of health science center, to evaluate their mental health status, and explore the relationship among psychological stress, personality, adaptation and mental symptom, Methods 234 new students were asked to answer the questionnaires of 《China college students mental health evaluation system》, 18 students were chose to attend thesemi-structured interview. Results The mental health status of the freshmen is obviously better than the nation-wide college students norm （P〈0.001）： Learning, development and life stress are the most prominent stress resources ; stress had obviously positive correlation with mental symptoms; active, accommodating, tough-minded personality characteristics had obviously negative correlation with mental symptom, and had significant positive correlation with adaptation, Conclusion The mental health stratus of freshmen is well on the whole, there are correlations among psychological stress, personality and adaptation, mental symptom; Knowing the stress sources and personality traits of students is helpful to improve their adaptive ability and to reduce the mental symptoms,
