精神科护士服务质量调查问卷的设计与评价

摘要 目的探讨优质护理服务的管理方法,提高病人的满意度及服务质量。方法对恢复期的精神病人进行自编的护士服务质量问卷调查。结果该问卷全面地反映了病房管理及护士服务质量,体现了"以病人为中心"的新型服务理念。结论该问卷简单易行,操作性好,不失为评价护士服务质量可靠方法,值得推广应用。 Objective To discuss the manage method of the high quality service and enhance patients' degree of satisfaction as well as the grade of service. Methods We selected some recovery period mental patients and asked them to do the questionnaires about the grade of nurse service. Results We find that the questionnaires reflect the hospital ward management and grade of nurse service, which manifest the new service idea of "taking the patient as the center". Conclusion The questionnaire is simple and easy to do, the operational is good and the result is reliable, which can yet be regarded as a reliable method for appraising the grade of nurse service and is worth promoting the application.
